The CP Wool Board welcomes newly appointed Director, William Oliver

William, his wife Karen and their three children (Jack, Molly and Charlie) live in the Te Kuiti area where they run two farms comprising of 1500 operative hectares with Romney sheep (4000 ewes and 1000 hoggets), beef (1300 head) and deer (2600 head). They also grow grain and silage and have forestry plantations.

He is on other boards and is a Director of Deer Industry NZ, Te Awamutu Vet Association (trades as Vetora and Tokoroa and Districts), and is also a Trustee of the local lines company.

William studied at Otago University, amongst other courses with Fonterra he has completed their governance course and is a member of the Institute of Directors.

We are pleased to have William join our Board and look forward to working together.
